Information we collect

We store two types of information about you, anonymous and named information.

Anonymous information

Just like most other web sites, we collect anonymous information to understand who visits our web site, how and why. This information may include, but is not limited to, information about your approximate location, which device you’re using to access our site (www.dlinderyd.com), which page(s) you visited and in which order, which operating system you used, how you arrived at our site, etc. We may also in the future collect demographic information, such as age, gender and interests. All our anonymous information is provided  through third party providers such as Google and Bing, and the information is anonymous. We don’t know who’s behind a certain profile in the statistics.

Named information

For information that can be connected to you as a person, we only collect information that you specifically supply us, via email, web forms, chat, meetings or phone. This means that you are in complete control of the information that you share with us.

How we use that information

We may store some, all or none of the anonymous and named information that you provide, to make our communication with you more tailored. We may for instance use your email address to send you email newsletters or direct email messages with updates about our products and services. We may store the information in the form of text, audio and/or video on cloud services or on local computers and hard drives belonging to donaldLinderyd photography. At no point do we allow anyone not employed by donaldLinderyd photography to access any of the information that we store about you. The exception to this is if we are ordered by the court of law to supply information.

Updating your information

You can at any point send an email to info [at ] dlinderyd [dot] com and request that we update the named information about you or ask us to delete it altogether. Please provide as much information as possible, so that we can easily locate the information we have about you, and change the correct records.

Information we share

We do not share any named information about you with any third parties, unless ordered by the court of law or specifically requested by you.

Information security

We go to great lengths to make sure the information we store is secure. However, just like any other company storing digital information, we cannot guarantee no unauthorised access to the stored information.

 

The bottom line is that we only store named information about you that you have shared with us and only in order to try to make our contact with you more relevant to your circumstances. We do not share this information with anyone outside our company, and if you want us to delete any information that we have about you all you have to do is ask.
